We take pride in the quality of our products and make every effort to ensure that our customers get exactly what they want.
All fine jewelry is original, authentic and of high quality. All jewelry is made of brass/silver plated in 24-carat gold as marked in our catalog.
All the gems set in our jewelry are original and authentic and purchased from trusted professional dealers.
Our warranty covers any item for manufacturing defects only and re-coating if required (no cost except shipping fee). Warranty does not explicitly include coverage for excessive wear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. Our warranty is only valid in the Li-Art Jewelry Studio. An incorrect repair or warranty service performed by someone else will void this warranty.
Please note that each of our items is uniquely handmade and embedded with natural gems. Therefore, minor differences may occur between similar items produced.
Within seven (7) days of receiving the jewelry, you may exchange , as long as it is in the condition sent to you.

– A detailed description of the problem- Your return address, phone number, and e-mail
